Came to Be.

Project kickoff, environment setup, and documentation. Building the open-source DPG orchestration layer connecting WebSocket, ASR, LLM, and TTS via APIs. Preparing JOHNAIC 80 deployment.

Official unveiling of VoicERA at the India AI Impact Summit 2026 at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi. Officially integrated into the national BHASHINI infrastructure.

Deploying AI4Bharat ASR and TTS directly on the JOHNAIC box using P1 code. Delivering a full appliance-grade deployment (excluding the LLM at this stage) optimized for 50-100 concurrency.

Hosting and integrating an open-source 8B LLM into the P3 system. Achieving full production readiness, high concurrency optimization, observability, and training for the broader VoicEra rollout.
